Communication Skills Course
Communicating poorly, as a supplier to a supermarket, or internally briefing another department about a supermarket's requirements, could be costly with the possibility of leaving a bad impression. Clear effective communication is therefore vital. This course is CPD accredited.
This course consists of 1+1 classroom days, delivered 6 months apart with support in between these days. Making Business Matter uses Sticky Learning, a unique training method delivered by a world-class tutor that has a wealth of experience in the UK Grocery Industry.
