Leading Change and Building Resilience is designed to help leaders develop resilience to change and strategically lead their team through successful transitions. It is based on the DEEPER Change Leadership Model. Delegates will develop the skills, knowledge and resilience to lead change confidently, thoughtfully and adaptively. Outcomes include learning to adapt their own leadership behaviours, and drive the behaviours and culture within their own organisations to respond to the fast changing and complex external context.
