Course description
Cambridge First Certificate of English (FCE) Exam Preparation Course- Mornings
This globally accepted English language qualification is run by the Islington Centre for English (ICE), London throughout the year.
The Cambridge First Certificate of English (FCE) Exam Preparation Course is the best way of proving to a potential employer that you speak, read, write and can understand English to a sufficient level to work in an English-speaking company. We believe this essential addition to your CV will enhance your chances of finding a job if you are coming from outside the UK to find employment.
Classes are aimed towards gaining a good grade in the FCE exam but the First Certificate is not just a test! During the morning preparation classes, students learn the vocabulary, grammar and exam skills they need to succeed in the exam. Students often find that working towards the FCE qualification, with the exam at the end, helps to keep them motivated to concentrate on their learning, ensuring they make the best progress possible.
At the Islington Centre for English class sizes are small (with a maximum of 15 students) and are taught by tutors who are experienced, native English speakers. The Cambridge First Certificate of English runs every morning, 9.15-12.15pm, Monday to Friday, (with 12.5 hours of teaching time.) Alternatively you can study for 2, 3 or 4 mornings a week leaving you plenty of free time to take a afternoon job or just enjoy your free time with new friends in bustling London!
The FCE course runs throughout the year and you can enrol anytime. As one of the best value English classes in London, we welcome potential students who may wish to join us for a free trial class. Why not contact us to arrange a time!
