Course description
Working Together to Safeguard Children 2010 requires employers to ensure staff are competent in carrying out their responsibilities for safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
This course is aimed at training individuals and managers who work with children to ensure they know how to identify and report possible cases of abuse and neglect. Children are at risk in many environments and training will ensure understanding of the problem, avoiding possible situations and dealing with abuse and neglect once identified.
The content of this course has been verified by Skills for Health as aligning to the UK Core Skills Training Framework.
