This course is aimed at HR professionals who would like to understand more about coaching in the workplace and learn how to hold an effective coaching conversation using recognised models and tools.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Please note that for our online programmes, you are required to have access to suitable IT resources (access to a laptop/PC/iPad/tablet) and an internet connection to be able to access the ‘live’ online workshops.

Online Programme
Our online programme is delivered over two online workshops. An overview of the specific topics and content to be included are below. The second online workshop includes peer to peer coaching activities, allowing you to put your learning and skills into practice!
Session 1:
- Understanding coaching

- An introduction to a recognised coaching model
Session 2:
- Basic coaching skills (listening and questioning skills to effectively coach others in the workplace)
