Training Course Content
As part of this course you will learn about:
- The benefits and impact of coaching in the workplace
- How to use and apply coaching models, tools and techniques to effectively facilitate powerful coaching conversations
- The key skills required to hold effective coaching conversations with individuals and teams
- Techniques to facilitate team coaching sessions
- Feedback techniques and how to balance challenge and support for effective coaching conversations
- How coaching supervision can support effective coaching practice in the workplace
- How to use reflective practice to support continuous improvement and development of own coaching practice
Whilst you are on this programme you will also participate in an observed coaching session, for which you will receive feedback (this will not be formally assessed) from the course facilitator.
Following on from the programme, you will also have access to a short group supervision session to allow you to review, reflect on and enhance your coaching skills
