Course description
This course is aimed at operational and other project staff who are involved in placing contracts but are not formally in the Commercial discipline. The course covers the various processes involved in public procurement and looks at the major areas of risk.
The learners leave the course understanding the process, the amount of time that the process takes under each procedure, and the risks that they need to be aware of where departments have been challenged in the past.
