Course description
The UK Public Sector Procurement rules will be changing following the UK leaving the EU. To understand the changes, you will first need to understand the existing rules and the ‘Mastering UK Public Procurement’ course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the European Union’s public procurement regulations that were implemented into EU law in 2015.
The course will cover key concepts, principles, and procedures related to procurement under these regulations, focusing on the legal framework, procurement process, procedures, contract award criteria and remedies available.
