ILM Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management - distance learning qualification course
The ILM IInstitute of Leadership and Management) Level 3 suite of qualifications is designed for supervisors and first line managers aiming to gain a comprehensive introduction to the basic understanding, knowledge & capabilities required of modern first line managers.
This distance learning course gives candidates the opportunity to develop a broad range of leadership and management skills, but also focuses on teaching them to apply these practical skills via action learning. Offering a wide range of optional units, the course can be closely matched to the needs of the student, who can choose to pursue any of the qualifications at level 3: the Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management.
Based on their needs and interests, candidates can choose to focus on one of the following areas: team performance, communication, organisation, effective working relationships, improving or recruitment & selection.

Training Course Content
Students must obtain a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 credits (from at least 2 units) for the Award, at least 13 credits for the Certificate and at least 37 credits for the Diploma.
