Suitability - Who should attend?

The CMI Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management is suitable for new or aspiring supervisors and first line managers looking to develop their management and leadership skills.

Assessment & Qualification

Assessment is normally via practical work-based assignments.

Successful candidates will be awarded the CMI Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management, depending on how many credits they achieve.

Training Course Content

Students must complete any combination of units to make up at least 6 credits to gain the Award, or 13 credits for the Certificate.
To gain the Diploma, you must complete all of the units in Group A along with two optional units from Group B.
