Suitability - Who should attend?
Our course is aimed at Finance professionals. You don't have to be a fully qualified accountant to attend but it will be assumed that you have worked in the finance team and are familiar with traditional budgeting and control of costs through budgeting and variance analysis.
The aim of the course will be to introduce new techniques beyond traditional budgetary control, looking at other forms of budget management and moving on to modern activity based management techniques and Lean Management.

Our course can be delivered virtually, in person at your premises or in person at an external venue.
Our courses can be delivered to between 5 and 20 people from your organisation.
We charge a flat fee per day (or half day) regardless of the number of attendees. We also include tailoring of the course within this fee.
On all Clearly Training courses delegates will be given a copy of the presentation materials together with any relevant exercises or examples.
