What is the secret to strong employee wellbeing? Learn the link between managing company culture and improving employee wellbeing.
This course in improving employee wellbeing has been created for people professionals and line managers who wish to further develop their knowledge of wellbeing at work. It gives you practical guidance to create conditions to support resilience and identify the signs of poor wellbeing.
This course has been designed by leading wellbeing at work expert Shona McFarlane. You’ll learn to support and take responsibility for employee health and wellbeing regardless of where or how your people work. You’ll explore how an integrated approach to health and wellbeing can contribute to increased employee engagement and foster a culture in the workplace that’s committed to organisational success.

Course delivery details
This is a one-day course with 3 hours 45 minutes of online lessons.
We recommend you support your online learning with self-directed learning – this should take around one hour before and four hours after the course.
You’ll receive a workbook which includes a case study and insights from your virtual classroom sessions. At the end of this course, you’ll receive a certificate.
