This hands-on course is for people professionals who want to use data and analytics more effectively. It is based on the latest CIPD research and aligns with the Profession Map.
You’ll examine case studies on how to use analytics in your organisation so you can demonstrate the value of your people function. You’ll also get advice and guidance from a leading expert and be able to ask questions to support your understanding of analysing people data.

Course delivery details
This is a two-week course with one online lesson per week. Each lesson is four hours long.
We recommend you support your online learning with self-directed learning – this should take around eight hours.
At the end of this course, you’ll receive a certificate.
