This course has been designed with Giles O’Halloran, the CIPD’s lead tutor for business partnering. It shares the basics of becoming the effective HR, learning and development and organisation design partner your organisation needs.
You’ll develop business credibility, agility, and the skills required to build effective relationships across your organisation, including demonstrating and communicating the value of your HR function in a constantly changing business world. This hands-on course uses practical case studies where you put learning into practice and present solutions to challenges and obstacles.

Course delivery details
This course runs for four to six months. You’ll attend two virtual live classes per month with a four-week gap between live classes.
You’ll receive a resource pack containing essential information for all modules.
At the end of this course, you’ll receive a certificate.
