Course description

For ambitious payroll and pensions professionals who aspire to progress to senior positions within their respective industries and stand out amongst their peers.

Delivered and accredited by the University of Lincoln, the BSc (Hons) Leadership and Management is specifically offered by the IPPE to top-up the IPPE Foundation degrees to a full Batchelor's degree which carries worldwide recognition. This well-respected qualification is designed for those who have the drive and determination to maximise their potential.

The course does not focus on the legislation or technical skills associated with payroll and pensions as these are assumed. Instead, students apply this knowledge to a broad range of relevant topics such as project management, financial management, digital communication techniques and the leadership and management principles requisite for assuming senior leadership roles within organisations.

Once completed, graduates are welcome to consider taking their ambitions even further through enrolling on the MSc Strategic Leadership.

Students who complete the BSc (Hons) Leadership and Management are eligible to progress to fellow membership of the CIPP. Graduates also significantly enhance the likelihood of meeting the criteria for Chartered membership.
