CIPD Professional Plan Advanced Diploma Postgraduate Programme - Small-group Induction

Busec Nova runs 6 closed-group cohorts a year for Strategic People Management and Strategic Learning and Development CIPD Advanced Diploma students. Groups start every other month, with a maximum cohort limit of 8 learners. This 90-minute induction, convened by our CIPD Advanced Programme Manager, is delivered in a virtual classroom where students are introduced to their cohort tutor who will support their learning journey throughout the 24-month programme. With a focus on CIPD membership, and continuing professional development, delegates receive information about their learning pathway, the supporting resources accessible to them and the processes which underpin feedback and assessment of assignments. The CIPD's moderation and grade ratification process is reviewed during this session, which also introduces post-graduate study skills, assignment writing style and structure, and working to deadline. Induction serves as the first of 24 group workshops, which run over the course of this 2-year programme, providing everything a student needs to know to get their qualification off to a good start.

Busec Nova runs 4 open programmes a year for People Management and Organisational Learning and Development CIPD Associate Diploma students. Groups start every other month, with a maximum cohort limit of 16 learners. This 90-minute induction, convened by our CIPD Associate Programme Manager, is delivered in a virtual classroom where students are introduced to their cohort tutor who will support their learning journey throughout the 14-month programme. With a focus on CIPD membership, and continuing professional development, delegates receive information about their learning pathway, the supporting resources accessible to them and the processes which underpin feedback and assessment of assignments. The CIPD's moderation and grade ratification process is reviewed during this session, which also introduces Year 1 degree-level study skills, assignment writing style and structure, and working to deadline. Induction serves as the first of 7 group workshops, supplemented with weekly drop-in-clinics, which run throughout this live, virtual classroom programme. Providing everything a student needs to know to get their qualification off to a good start, we focus on guidance to help you meet your schedule deadlines to complete your qualification and achieve the best pass that you can achieve.
