Overview
This detailed one day course will navigate you through the intricacies and key components of criminal law and procedure, both in the Magistrates and Crown Courts and referencing attendance at the Police Station.
The aim is to build your confidence in the practical applications of criminal procedure and evidence to enable you to become a more effective advocate or give better legal advice.
This is an engaging and interactive course utilising exercises and group discussions throughout the day.
Your presenter is a nationwide lead facilitator for training in the cross examination of vulnerable witnesses and regularly assesses advocacy competencies in the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
