The process of litigation and dispute resolution has been described as a series of negotiations in the context of one long negotiation. In the current economic climate, clients are increasingly demanding quick, cost-effective dispute resolution. To meet this demand, you need to stay ahead of the game by mastering the art of negotiation. This highly-interactive course focuses on the skills and strategies of master negotiators in the context of litigation.
