Overview
This practical course will provide delegates with a clear understanding of what ADR is and its role in the context of civil litigation.
It explores the recognised methods of ADR used in the UK and in particular focuses on practical skills and techniques to be used in mediations and other ADR processes
Delegates will be taken through a case study and other exercises which will help to embed their learning.
Who is this for?
This practical course will benefit qualified and trainee solicitors with experience of litigation in the County Court and High Court and who wish to effectively resolve their disputes using ADR process.
It is also suitable for non-legal professionals with some experience of managing disputes in a corporate setting and anyone in any role involving the handling and resolution of disputes.
