Course description
Managing Difficult Conversations - In-house Course
Managing the performance of individuals within the team can be challenging. The pressures of delivery can mean that difficult conversations are put off. This in-house course from BiteSize Learning, not only provides a framework for dealing with those tough conversations about changes, performance or conduct, but also helps the leader to catch up on those conversations that should have been had before.

I enjoyed how interactive the session was. Having 2 trainers, rather than 1 really helped with the conversation flow, as you were all bouncing off each other.
Trainers were very good. 2 people delivering really made the difference for smooth run of the session. I like the interactions and the content was useful and easy to apply tips.
