With over 25 years of experience, Benchmark's founder Margaret Hartley provides training based around what she has expertise in herself. She ardently believes that unless you can do it, you cannot train it.
The Benchmark Signature: Learning is Fun
Benchmark offers open-courses, in-house training, and online training. Competitions and quizzes are interspersed with theory, practical sessions, and discussions. Experiential learning is a focus of the course and participants will learn how to work with their personal communication style to suit the task, practising new skills with the class.
