Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3
In the past many businesses reduced or completely stopped offering learning and development for their staff due to budgets and other priorities. This training will support organisations in equipping their L&D team with the skills needed to deploy training and upskilling opportunities for their entire workforce, raising the organisation’s competitive advantage.
This Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3 apprenticeship is designed for those that are involved in the identification of learning and training needs and will implement training that meets the organisational needs. The role of an L&D Practitioner is to support people management and professional development. This apprenticeship lays a foundation for L&D professionals to understand their work, organisation, and profession more deeply. supporting change and driving impact.
