HR Support Level 3
Designed to help kick start a career in HR, the level 3 HR Support apprenticeship will help learners gain the initial skill, knowledge and confidence needed to begin a career. On completion, learners will be a skilled addition to any HR and People function. Learners will have the knowledge to effectively support managers and act as stewards for their business as they also support their fellow employees. With this level 3 course you will also have the opportunity to apply for CIPD membership and gain access to their expert resources.

This HR Support apprenticeship will give employees at the beginning of their career the ability to develop a foundation of the key skills and knowledge needed for the various responsibilities, the modern day HR function has.
This will create a well-built HR function with experienced and knowledgeable staff, with a grasp on today’s HR legislation, processes and behaviours and understanding of how business aims fit into their everyday role.
For learners
On completion of this Level 3 apprenticeship, you will develop a set of foundational skills and knowledge needed to be a part of a modern HR function. You will gain the skills and behaviours needed to support employees from recruitment to retirement.
As well as developing an awareness of the overall company objectives, you will be able to relay this to employees, form a culture, manage behaviours, and how to best support managers.
