Coaching Professional Level 5
Across multiple sectors, there is an increasing demand for coaching professionals to play an elevated role in the coaching of employees at various levels within the business. Organisations are realising that the professionalisation of coaching should include additional one-to-one coaching, team coaching, leadership, and coaching skills. These skills need to be embedded within an organisations’ culture and governance infrastructures to support its development and future working methods.
This Coaching Professional Level 5will give coaching professionals the opportunity to develop their learning and skillset. It is a chance to delve further into modern and more advanced coaching practices and learn how to put them into practice as they support their colleagues or clients.

Continuing Studies
Individuals who are in roles that involve coaching
- Benefit from 1:1 coaching and mentoring throughout
- On completion, apprentices are recommended for an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) on completion
- Develop professional excellence and personal confidence and capability
- Option to apply for additional industry accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council for Accredited Coaching Practitioner
- Become a member of the UK's largest community of apprentices
