Training Course Content
By achieving this qualification, you have the ability to bake and make desserts like a professional pastry chef. You will train in high quality training kitchens, under the guidance of our experienced chef lecturing team.
During the course, your knowledge will be assessed via practical and written assessments in order to complete the following units in:
- producing hot and cold desserts and puddings
- producing biscuit, cake and sponge products
- producing fermented dough products
