Construction Level 1 Extended Certificate (Bracknell)
This course will introduce you to a variety of construction trades, you will gain skills in those areas and help you decide which trade is the right one for you.

Suitability - Who should attend?
All 16–19 year olds on full-time programmes will be required to retake GCSE English and maths—or to undertake Functional Skills—if they have not already attained the equivalent of a GCSE grade 4 (C) in these subjects, every year of their course, until they complete their studies.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
You will get the opportunity to develop skills from a range of different areas, such as:
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Painting and decorating
You will also learn about core subject areas, such as health and safety, and working and communicating effectively in the construction trades.
Continuing Studies
Upon successful completion of this course, you could progress to Level 2 studies in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing, Electrical, or begin an apprenticeship.
