What you’ll learn
Mindfulness is usually developed through meditation, breathing exercises or yoga, but mindful drawing mandalas is another great way to practice mindfulness. While drawing you slow down and pay attention to the activity in front of you.
You will learn how easy it is to create your very own Mandala using very little tools and lots of imagination.
Course delivery details
This will be an interactive session so there will be a demonstration before and lots of examples shown of what can be created.
