The Team Building – A Systemic Approach workshop is designed to provide senior leaders in large corporate organisations with the knowledge and skills to understand and leverage team dynamics for enhanced performance. Through a systemic approach, participants will explore the key drivers of team dynamics, learn how to create and maintain effective teams, and develop strategies for dealing with conflict and change.
