Course description
Today's labor market is characterized by constant change, and in order for organizations to succeed in becoming successful, organizations must change in line with the labor market. The Certified Organizational Consultant training focuses on this change management that organizations are dependent on, and includes both individual development, as well as knowledge of the working group – and organization in relation to change management.
After completing the training, you can choose between either working as an employed leader or coach in an organization, or working as a freelance consultant, which opens up for a broader labor market and more job opportunities. The training includes training in organisation, leadership, change management, communication and conflict management.
During the course of the training, you will gain the knowledge and tools you need to lead both the working group and the organization in the change process. You will also gain knowledge and tools to develop and motivate employees, as well as to deal with any resistance to change.
During your studies, you will be in contact with the course coordinator if you encounter questions or problems and when you receive feedback on your assignments. Interactivity through chat, email and phone. Continuously in the course material there are tasks and assignments so that you can continuously check that you have assimilated the material in a good way.
