Course description
This bespoke session can be delivered online (90 minutes) or face-to-face (90 minutes - 2 hours) for law firms
Optimism isn’t about positive thinking and putting a shiny gloss on everything. It is much more about being able to realistically assess and reframe challenging situations and setbacks, build optimism skills through being proactive and focusing on our internal locus of control.
Where you choose to place your energy is critical to your overall wellbeing. Whilst experiencing disappointment, change or uncertainty it is still possible to feel happy, productive and fulfilled. Part of that is supporting your own wellbeing and self-care.
This masterclass for law firms will show you how to remain optimistic and positive during changes you may be experiencing both personally and professionally, with lots of practical tools and tips as well as supporting you with your own individual situations.
