  • What are the most exciting and challenging parts of your job?

One of the most interesting aspects to the job is the extensive exposure to different people in the organization. From executives to business controllers and HR partners, I have the chance of working with different backgrounds. While I find it exciting, it also requires flexibility and being open-minded as working styles are considerably different.

  • How do you use your education in your position?

In addition to general analytical skills and a good understanding of what creates value in the organization, courses in corporate finance and accounting provided me with a foundation that I draw from every day in my work.

  • What are the three most important things for you in your job at Nestlé?

1. A positive working environment

2. An exciting job

3. Development opportunities
