It’s particularly beneficial for those who lead teams and want to improve their strategic planning, employee engagement, finance, and marketing skills.

What Are the Requirements?

To join the Help to Grow: Management Course, your business must:

  • Be a UK-based SME.
  • Employ between 5 and 249 people.
  • Have been operational for at least one year.
  • Not be a charity.

Additionally, you must:

  • Be a senior decision-maker with at least one direct report.
  • Commit to completing all sessions.

For businesses with 10-249 employees, up to two participants can join. For those with 5-9 employees, only one participant is allowed.

How Is the Course Delivered?

In most cases, the course is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining online and face-to-face sessions. A limited number of courses are delivered exclusively face-to-face or online. Regardless of how you prefer to learn, the course offers flexibility with just one session per week to accommodate your schedule. It includes:

  • 50 hours of leadership training over 12 weeks.
  • 10 hours of 1-to-1 mentoring.
  • Peer networking opportunities.
