Course description
Jazz piano lessons at WKMT
Haven’t you fell in love with Jazz piano? Don’t you find Jazz it utterly seductive? Did you know you could start playing jazz pieces in around 12 hours of teaching?
Succeeding in learning jazz depends on how well you choose your piano teacher.
It is common amongst jazz piano tutors to not follow a truly consistent method.
Why?
Mainly because jazz is traditionally learnt in a rather disorganised way. At WKMT we follow our house and proven teaching method.
We’ve been teaching jazz since 2010. Our highly qualified piano teachers are expert time optimizers.
We know you are busy, and we know you can’t spend all the hours you would like practising. For that reason, we devised a method which is both clear and time effective.
We will focus our teaching on: Jazz standards, chord progressions and blues. Why? Because we need to give you enough tools for you to gain the confidence needed to play in front of an audience.
Playing jazz is about managing your spontaneity, unleashing your creativity and engaging the public.
