A comprehensive 2 day introduction to accounting and financial statements, with a unique and effective visual approach to accounting
Designed as a finance for non-financial managers course, everyone from seasoned executives, to entrepreneurs and students, will develop a real financial literacy in just one day.

- Receivables, Payables, Accruals, Prepayments, Depreciation
- Practice accounting with "The Board", our interactive business simulation
- Understanding a business narrative

- Deep practice of reading and analysing Financial Statements
- Calculating key financial metrics for profitability and liquidity
- Understanding broader business metrics and financial ratios
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow)
- Understand EBIT and EBITDA, why they are used and why they are dangerous
- Budgeting exercise to embed learning
