Vista provides cutting edge management training in areas such as Managing Discipline, Managing Performance, Managing Attendance, Dignity at Work, Managing redundancies/consultations, TUPE, etc.
Workshops are conducted by professional lawyers and HR professionals who use their experience to deliver a realistic and practical learning experience. Vista's programs often include a 'train the trainer' component which equips in house HR professionals with the skills to roll out programs and to transfer the organisational learning.
The training relating to managing performance, discipline and absence issues centres around drama sequences which gives added impact and a memorable learning experience. Vista uses a series of professionally produced DVD-based drama sequences to provide the tools for innovative and effective programs and workshops. The sequences resonate with delegates from all working environments because it brings the real world into the classroom. It brings scenarios to life and provides the ideal platform for role plays, debates and reflection.

Recent achievements
Dignity at Work, Vista's flagship program, has been rolled out in organisations such as SSL International (Durex), Airbus, Muller and many others. In the light of the Equality Act, it is essential to pro-actively manage work culture and 'where to draw the line' has never been more important. This program addresses these areas and the workshops challenge behaviours from board level to shop store.
Vista delivered an innovative program to more than 500 managers at Airbus. Their Proactive People Management Program (PPM) brings together over two days' learning that relates to managing performance, conduct and absence. This program is about blending good decision-making with process management and is based around 6 bespoke drama sequences. This program is now enshrined in AUK's training catalogue.
