Course description
This module focuses on the major theoretical perspectives that underpin and inform the practice of coaching. It will allow participants to consider different theoretical frameworks and identify how these are linked to their application to te practice of coaching. Participants will be introduced to the theoretical frameworks and approaches which will be placed in the context of their historical development, the prominent thinkers and current uses.
Successful completion of the module grants 20 credits towards the MA Education awarded by the University of Worcester.
