Apprentice CPD Day
Wednesday 12th June 2019
1.50pm to 5.10pm
This course is designed to provide an overview of the latest developments within the RICS and other professional institutions. It links the Apprenticeship route with professional practice and it explains in detail the responsibilities of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
The learning outcomes of this course include:
• an overview of the various Apprenticeship routes to becoming Chartered or associate members of the RICS
• understanding of current professional issues
• the importance of professional ethics
• preparation for the Assessment of Professional Competence
• the relevance of CPD
Speaker
Tim Goodhead is a former Head of the School of Environmental Design and Management at the University of Portsmouth, which, at the time encompassed Architecture, Civil Engineering and Surveying. He is also a former Dean of the Faculty of Technology. He is currently the CPD coordinator and has a long-standing interest in the built environment, marine, and health and safety issues.
Course Costs
- The standard price for a half day course is £105.00
- For Individual and Organisations booking three or more half day courses at one time can obtain the courses for £90.00 each course as a multirate discount
- For APC candidates/Retired attendees/Apprenticeship rate - the price is £70.00 per course
