You’ll gain an overview of key financial and accounting issues
relating to land, property and construction. You will get a
refresher and an introduction to the world of company accounts,
and develop an understanding of the role of accounting, financial
accounting, financial reporting and management accounting.
The learning outcomes of this course provide an understanding of:
• the context and purpose of financial and management
accounting
• balance sheets and profit & loss accounts
• account classification and recording transactions
• key financial statement ratio analyses
• the interpretation of company accounts using property/
construction case studies
Course Costs
- The standard price for a half day course is £105.00
- For Individual and Organisations booking three or more half day courses at one time can obtain the courses for £90.00 each course as a multirate discount
- For APC candidates/Retired attendees/Apprenticeship rate - the price is £70.00 per course
