Course description

University of Oxford

Evaluating a site and generating a management plan is a vital skill required by all practitioners in the field.  This day session will provide an introduction to the vital elements of site evaluation and management planning and involve a field trip to a local small site to place the theory into practice. Vital tools such as guides to writing management plans and examples of management plans will be provided and discussed, including an example of the tutor’s last written management plan!

This one day course is to be delivered by Dr Kerry Lock , and held from 10am-5pm at Rewley House, Wellington Square, Oxford

Delegates will be offered access to a dedicated course virtual learning environment (VLE), which will be open to all enrolling onto our 2013-14 series of courses in Environmental Management.
