Course description
Deadline for January 2020 entry: 30 June 2019.
This module provides training for community nurses who do not hold a specialist practice qualification to prescribe from the community practitioner formulary.
The module provides 20 credits at level 6 (undergraduate) or 7 (masters).
Successful students can register the V150 qualification with the NMC.
This module consists of 10 taught days and exam day. You will also be expected to undertake 10 days working with your mentor and additional personal reading and portfolio development.
