Course description
Did you know that Spanish is spoken in 23 countries by more than 400 million people and that it is the 2nd most important global language with regard to international communication? It is also one of the official languages of the European Community, the United Nations and Spain is one of the UK‰Ûªs most important trading partners.
The course at Truro College will give you the opportunity to build on your knowledge of Spanish that you have acquired at GCSE. One aspect of the course will be to improve your language skills; you will learn vocabulary based on a variety of topic areas as well as grammar rules, which will enable you to make sense of the language and to use the language accurately.

Suitability - Who should attend?
Students must hold 5 GCSEs at grade C or above in appropriate subjects. Successful A Level students would normally achieve a grade A or B in a number of relevant GCSE subjects.
