Course description
If you enjoy learning about health and well-being, then the Health and Social Care specification will stretch and challenge you by exploring the rights and responsibilities of both patients and service providers. You will gain a valuable insight into a broad spectrum of issues fundamental to meeting the needs of health and care clients and you will look at the importance of effective communication and its role in supporting positive relationships. Through practical activities, you will be able to apply your knowledge and understanding to work-related contexts and develop research, evaluation and written skills.
