The centrality of the media to our everyday experience - from the conduct of your daily life, to the exercise of power, to the creation of culture - is inescapable. We live in an intensely mediated world, as philosopher Marshall McLuhan famously said, ‰ÛÏThe Medium is the Message.‰Û�

What do I need to know?
The course is designed primarily, for 16‰ÛÒ18 year olds who are getting started with a full-time Media experience. We recruit on the basis of your anticipated ability to successfully complete the requirements of the qualification and we recommend that you have a minimum of 4 x GCSEs at grade D or above.
