Administrators, office supervisors, administration supervisors, personal assistants, secretaries and all administrative roles including: dealing with internal and external correspondence; organising meetings and events; producing documents; managing resources; managing office equipment; managing information; managing administration systems; managing office facilities; developing presentations; taking minutes at meetings; managing diaries; producing documents and transcribing notes. Achieving the programme will enable you to Learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression; Gain a nationally recognised qualification valued by employers; Make a valuable contribution to your organisation with a breadth of proficient skills.

Suitability - Who should attend?
The students should have at least 16 years old. Contracted to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in the Business Administration sector. Employment role and responsibilities will need to include elements of management (see information above.)
