Thermal Insulation Contractors Association - Apprenticeship Training

TICA’s Thermal Insulation Apprenticeship consists of on and off the job training lasting up to two years, followed by a further period of two full years of on the job training.

Thermal Insulation Contractors Association offers apprenticeships in the following sectors:

• L2 Apprentice Standard for Commercial Thermal Insulation Operative (England)
• L2 S/NVQ in Thermal Insulation (Scotland & Wales)
• L2 Technical Certificate in Thermal Insulation (Scotland & Wales)
• Functional Skills L1 English (England) if the learner does not already have GCSE Grade C or above
• Functional Skills L1 Maths (England) if the learner does not already have GCSE Grade C or above
• Core Skills ICT L4 (Scotland) if the learner has not completed this at school
