What will I learn?
This course is for anyone who wants to develop a holistic approach to fitness instruction or learn more about nutrition. Students will gain an understanding of nutrition and how food and diet influence both health and physical performance. Students will learn the principles of weight control, the importance of a balanced diet, the relationship between food and health as well as how to promote healthy eating and how diet can enhance performance.
