Course description

Directors and their Duties

What are the key duties for directors? Company directors perform an essential role in performing good governance and helping companies take sound strategic decisions. But they are more exposed than ever, to regulators, to shareholder action, to the realities of the current business climate.

This intensive and practical governance course equips directors to perform their role effectively and to manage stakeholders while acting in their company’s best interests. The training course covers the director's responsibilities, liabilities, and best practice in the boardroom.
