Course description
Diploma in Vegetarian Culinary Arts
This comprehensive vegetarian culinary arts programme covering 2 modules of 11 weeks each, caters to those who are interested specifically in vegetarian cuisine.
Students will start the programme with a focus on the Essentials of Vegetarian Cooking and Vegan Pastry & Desserts and food safety and hygiene standards, moving on to the Gourmet Vegetarian Cuisine and Vegan Desserts Creation to conclude their studies with a module on Gourmet Cuisine.
The programme includes approximately 20 hours of kitchen time per week, including practice sessions. Students who enrol and complete at least 2 consecutive terms qualify for a full-time internship in Switzerland or abroad (local conditions apply).
