Intermidiate course was practically identical to the beginners so only really learnt 2 or 3 new features

Try to teach on each level diferent things.

try to use examples outside of retail/finance/accounting industry

Turn off the air conditioning in Room 2 - it's very cold in here!

Two days would be better

Understand each persons knowledge level better prior to course commencement.

USB stick with used files should be handed out. Instructor should eat lunch with course participants.

Use a bigger room (although this was the fault of our organiser!!)
