SquareOne Training's Access Intermediate In-House training course is offered anywhere in your offices or as a closed course from our training centres in Merseyside or Manchester. We also offer this online to any company in Europe.
This course is designed for users with a basic understanding of Access. It focuses on enhancing your database management capabilities and streamlining your workflows.
You'll learn advanced table design, including attachment, multiple values, and lookup fields, as well as field properties like input masks and indexing. The course explores relational database concepts, types of relationships, and referential integrity, alongside techniques for relating tables and using combo boxes and subforms in forms. Advanced querying topics include using filters, joins, string and date functions, and creating complex reports. You will also learn how to perform calculations in queries, work with multiple tables, and apply custom styles in reports.

This course is suitable for existing users of Microsoft Access who wish to build on their knowledge, or for those who have completed our Level 1 course and wish to progress further.
Course Pre-Requisites
Delegates should have previous experience with Microsoft Access and basic knowledge within the package.
